Overview

Sanctuary Park – Stonebridge III is located at 1130 Sanctuary Parkway in Alpharetta, Georgia. This 167,854 square foot building was completed in 2008 and has an impressive amenity package that includes a park environment with a spring fed lake, jogging trails, access to three cafes, three fitness centers, three corporate conference centers, and an active tenant softball league. Room to expand has been included in the site plan with a Stonebridge IV located to the immediate southeast. With easy access to Georgia 400, close proximity to North Point Mall and many hotels, restaurants and entertainment venues, this property provides tenants with many options and opportunities. Commuter access is provided by the complimentary Sanctuary Park Shuttle with runs during the morning and evening drive times Monday through Friday. There are 11 morning departure times from the North Springs MARTA Station and 11 evening pick-up times at the three Sanctuary Park stops. The building is owned by Sanctuary Park Realty Holding Company with on-site management provided by Jones Lang LaSalle Sanctuary Park. Tenants are encouraged to conserve energy by using Georgia Commute options. By switching to a greener option, commuters can earn cash and win prizes.

The building was built to LEED® Core & Shell Silver standards. The anchor tenant built out all interior space to LEED® CI standards. Stonebridge III achieved LEED for Existing Buildings at the Platinum level. It is considered Green because of its green activities that include energy efficient design, sustainable site selection and development, energy efficient operations and eleven other green activities.
