Overview
60 11th Street is a 20-story 353,000 SF mixed use high-rise residential development in midtown Atlanta, GA. There are four retail spaces located at street level, encompassing approximately 14,000 SF. Levels 2-5 contain off-street parking for about 500 vehicles. Level 6 contains the clubhouse, game rooms, fitness amenities, and the first level of residential units. Level 6 is also the location of a landscaped amenity plaza with a pool and other outdoor amenities. Levels 6-20 consist of the residential tower, which is comprised of 320 apartment units.
SIG led the LEED Consulting, Fundamental Commissioning, and Enhanced Commissioning efforts for this project, assisted the MEP firm by performing a thorough review of their energy model, which resulted in several findings which improved the energy model. The building originally pursued LEED Silver certification but achieved LEED Gold with the help of SIG identifying additional credits throughout the design and construction phases.
