It talks about things like increasing ventilation, posting educational signage to encourage handwashing, strengthening cleaning protocols, maintaining humidity, and enhanced filtration of indoor air. - Financial Times – The Financial Times released an article in February about how healthy buildings can help us fight coronavirus. Here’s the link.
- NYC Dept. of Health – The NYC Department of Health released a great COVID-19 FAQ guide for Residential and Commercial Buildings that contains a section on specific safety measures building owners and managers can follow. Lots of great info for owners/PMs/engineers here.
- NEREJ – The New England Real Estate Journal also has a short article that specifically addresses re-occupancy and COVID-19. Read it here.
- IWBI / WELL Building Standard – IWBI (the organization behind the WELL Building Standard) has started a webcast series called “Places Matter” that addresses various weekly topic on the role buildings, communities, and organizations play in supporting health and well-being overall, and also our ability to prepare for and respond to global health issues like COVID-19.
