Overview
Located at 1120 Sanctuary Parkway, Stonebridge I is a 6-story, 150,500 square foot, Class “A” office building that was built in 2006. It offers visitors and tenants an opportunity to spend their days surrounded by acres of trees, beautifully landscaped green areas and spectacular water features. Sanctuary Park has a large lake and a softball field situated a short distance from this office space. Numerous banks, restaurants, hotels and business services are located within a three-mile radius. Access is convenient via canopied walkways from the 4-level parking structure that offers 900 covered parking spaces. Arrival from Georgia 400 via Westside Parkway or Old Roswell Road is through one of two gated entrances. The Sanctuary Park Shuttle offers complimentary rides to and from the North Springs MARTA station Monday through Friday at 12 arrival times for each of the 3 stops in the morning and 11 departure times from those 3 stops in the evening.
Property management is provided by Jones Lang LaSalle Sanctuary Park. Tenant services and a property management office are located on-site and are committed to providing a safe and environmentally friendly workplace. Sanctuary Park employees are eligible to log their clean commute trips for chances to win gift cards from the Clean Air Campaign. Working with Sustainable Investment Group SIG as LEED EBO & M consultant and ENERGY STAR verification & sign off services, Stonebridge I has been ENERGY STAR rated since 2009 and has achieved LEED Certification at the Gold Level. Tenants are provided with battery recycling boxes that are located in the first floor mail room. Electronic recycling is encouraged with E-Cycle Box provided by the Marietta Recycling Corporation.
