Located in the heart of the Financial District, the Steuart and Spear Towers at One Market Plaza overlook the Embarcadero, the Ferry Building, and the bay. The project also has a building-wide composting program for all tenants.
Overview
One Market Plaza consists of two large office towers that equal over 1.8 million square feet of Class-A office and retail space, and is one of the most impressive office buildings on the SanFrancisco skyline. One Market Plaza features the 42-story Spear Tower and the 27-story Steuart Tower and was built in 1976. Both towers offer breathtaking views of San Francisco Bay and Market Street. Convenient on-site amenities at One Market Plaza include a 42,307 square foot retail area that features a first-class restaurant, gourmet coffee shop, full-service bank, hair salon, sundries shop and other services. The newly renovated Embarcadero Center, Justin Herman Plaza and the Ferry Building are within walking distance of the property. Numerous public transportation options are also within walking distance of the complex including the Transbay Terminal, BART, MUNI, and the Ferry Building.
