Although it is a suburban office building, One Deerfield Centre has several tenants that operate significant teleworking programs, so it has a commute reduction higher than normal (nearly 30%) for a suburban office building.
Just one mile from Georgia 400 in Alpharetta, Georgia One Deerfield Centre is strategically located within the 550 acres in the Deerfield Park area. Built-in 1999, this property offers many on-site amenities including a cafe, dry cleaner, hotel, restaurant, Harvard-style meeting rooms, conferencing center, and a business lounge. Well-appointed men’s and women’s locker rooms and shower facilities in the fitness center make staying in shape convenient. The fitness center is accessible 24 hours per day. A large, tranquil green space courtyard with a stream and walking trails is available to unwind after a lecture, meeting, or workout.
