LEED AP O+M
Kelsey Alexander is a sustainability consultant at SIG, managing LEED certification for new construction and existing buildings and providing exam prep for professionals pursuing LEED credentials.
Kelsey graduated from Emory in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with a minor in Sustainability. Kelsey is a LEED AP O+M.
Before she joined the team as a consultant, Kelsey worked as a Sustainability Analyst Intern with SIG. Prior to joining SIG, Kelsey worked as a Sustainable Connections Intern where she became Adopt-a-Stream certified. She also worked as a teacher’s assistant at Emory University for a Fundamentals of Ecology course and worked as an environmental camp leader for Trees Atlanta. She also worked with the Nashville Food Project where she coordinated volunteers, managed garden preparation and planting, and helped with removal of invasive species in the area.
At SIG, Kelsey has worked on LEED Existing Buildings (EBOM) and New Construction (NC) certifications, as well as providing support for various Fitwel projects. Kelsey also provides support to project team’s ESG reporting through quarterly reporting, managing GRESB reporting for several REITs, and researching and helping publish GRI reporting indicators for clients.
Kelsey enjoys spending time outside, whether it’s gardening, hiking, or just laying out in a hammock. She is an avid Atlanta sports fan and spends her free time pursuing new hobbies like tennis and yoga.
