Overview
The Clarion Partners Office Renovation is a 47,710 square foot office space located in the famous Helmsley Building at 230 Park Avenue in New York City, and will operate as a refreshed office space for Clarion Partners.
The space includes typical office spaces including private and open office areas, conference and meeting spaces, and a café. The project is located on the 12th floor of 230 Park Avenue, which is owned by Monday Properties and has already earned LEED® Gold certification under LEED® for Existing Buildings.
The goal of the office renovation was to create an updated, aesthetically pleasing office space for employees and visitors alike. A very important aspect of the renovation includes low-height partitions and glass front offices, making the space feel much more open with excellent daylight and views to the exterior.
The Clarion Partners Office Renovation is also located in one of the most urban-core areas in the world. New York City has excellent access to public transportation, walkability, and basic services all within a short distance from the building. Grand Central Terminal train station is actually only a block away.
