ResponsibilitiesCaroline Packard is an Energy Data Manager at SIG. Her responsibilities include overseeing the ENERGY STAR certification process across all properties and portfolios for the Energy Star Department – which involves updating and optimizing ENERGY STAR building profiles; communicating with clients on proposals, data needs, and site visit schedules; and collaborating with SIG’s licensed professionals, ESG team, and other green building scopes.
ExperienceCaroline first joined SIG as an intern, assisting the engineering department in creating energy models. Soon after, she was brought on full-time as an Energy Star Coordinator and supported the team with site visits and certifications; eventually creating new efficiencies within the process to set their growing team up for success.
EducationCaroline graduated Clemson University in 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biosystems Engineering, with a minor in Sustainability and an emphasis in Ecological Processes.
InterestsIn her free time, Caroline enjoys watching movies, going to trivia night, taking walks, and spending time with her cats and loved ones.
