Annie Moore is a member of the Sustainability Consulting Team at Sustainable Investment Group (SIG) as a full-time Sustainability Consultant. In this role, Annie oversees and manages LEED, WELL and Fitwel certification projects related to sustainable and healthy buildings.
Annie Moore studied at Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (FAMU) and The University of Michigan. In 2020, she received her Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies, with a double minor in French and Political Science with a concentration in Urban Studies and Economic Development. In 2021, she earned her Master of Science in Environment and Sustainability with concentrations in Environmental Justice and Sustainable Systems. Her studies at FAMU and The University of Michigan integrated coursework and research experiences that included natural science, environmental engineering, environmental justice, renewable energy, and climate change adaptation and mitigation strategies. She is excited to transition her knowledge, skills and experiences from academia to a fruitful career at SIG.
Prior to joining SIG, Annie garnered a myriad of unique experiences across industries. Annie worked as both an ecologist and student researcher whilst attending The University of Michigan. Additionally, while Annie was pursuing her Masters degree, she taught high school math and science at various schools within Detroit Public Schools Community District.
In her free time, Annie loves traveling and adventure, running and biking, content creation and graphic design. She is a happy hour enthusiast, a voracious reader, and loves chasing after her Cane Corso, Harley.
