3344 Peachtree Street is the tallest mixed-use building in Atlanta standing 635 feet tall. Located in the prestigious community of Buckhead (sometimes called the “Beverly Hills of the East”) and consisting of 18 stories of office/retail space, 82 residential units, and 6 levels of parking, this Tower Place high-rise is very impressive. The residential portion of the building, known as Sovereign, contains some of the most luxurious living spaces in Atlanta.
3344 Peachtree Street was completed in 2008 and was designed in the modernism architectural style by Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart & Associates. The interior spaces were decorated by Todd Murphy and feature his and other artists’ work. The convenient location, less than a block from Atlanta’s MARTA station, with 1,358 office/retail parking spaces and valet service makes this building very accessible. Amenities include Bistro Niko, F20, Fifth Third Bank, a coffee/sundry shop, meeting spaces, zero-entry pool and spa, conference room, an executive fitness center and the Buckhead Club.
Some of the green features of this building are a clock thermostat, high-efficiency system, and thermal pane windows.
